We offer a refined 30 day return window to ensure your experience is entirely seamless. This gives you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return and ensure the timepiece perfectly aligns with your expectations.
Eligibility Standards
To maintain our standards of excellence any returned item must remain in its original pristine condition. This means the watch must be unworn and unused while remaining in its original protective casing. A valid proof of purchase is required to finalize the request.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process please contact our concierge team at support@sobrun.com. Once your request is verified we will provide a return shipping label along with precise instructions on how to complete the transit. Please be advised that items sent to us without a prior request cannot be accepted for processing.
Inspection and Assurance
We encourage you to inspect your timepiece immediately upon arrival. Should you find any defect or damage or if you receive the incorrect item please reach out to us at support@sobrun.com so we can evaluate the matter and ensure it is resolved with the appropriate urgency.
Exclusions
Certain bespoke or personalized products are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or digital gift cards. If you have specific concerns regarding the eligibility of your order please contact our support team for guidance.
The Exchange Process
For the most efficient service we recommend returning the original item for a refund. Once the return is accepted and processed you may proceed with a separate purchase for your preferred timepiece.
European Union Considerations
For orders shipped within the European Union we honor a 14 day cooling off period. You have the right to cancel or return your order within this timeframe for any reason provided the watch remains in its original unworn condition with all protective materials intact.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once our team has received and inspected the return to confirm the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please account for the additional processing time required by your financial institution to post the transaction. If you have not received your funds within 15 business days of approval please contact us at support@sobrun.com.
